Terms of Use & End-User License

Effective October 22, 2026

These terms apply to the Domestic Builders website and client portal (together, the “Service”), provided by Domestic Builders LLC. By using the Service you agree to them.

The client portal

The portal is provided to our clients so they can follow their project: budget, invoices and payments, schedule, photos and messages. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the portal for your own project while you are our client.

Your account

Keep your password private and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. Invite and password links are meant only for the person they were sent to.

Acceptable use

• Use the portal only for communication about your project.
• Don’t upload anything unlawful or anything you don’t have the right to share.
• Don’t try to access other clients’ information or interfere with the Service.

Information shown

Budget, schedule and payment information in the portal is provided for convenience and may be updated as the project progresses. Your signed contract, change orders and invoices are the official record; if anything in the portal differs from them, those documents control.

Photos and messages

You keep ownership of photos and messages you upload. You allow us to store and display them to the people on your project in order to provide the Service. Progress photos we take remain ours; we may use them to document the work.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Domestic Builders is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing here changes the terms of your construction contract.

Ending access

We may end portal access when a project and its warranty period are complete, or if these terms are not followed. You may ask us to close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
